How to Use

Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to the lava stones and allow the oil to absorb. Wear your bracelet and enjoy the gentle aroma throughout the day. Reapply as needed.

Allow the oil to absorb fully before wearing to minimise direct contact with your skin.

How to Measure Your Wrist

Wrap a soft measuring tape snugly around your wrist, just below the wrist bone. Alternatively, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler.

For a comfortable fit, add approximately 0.5–1cm to your wrist measurement before selecting your bracelet size.
